LIVE HEALTHY, DRIVER HEALTH

EXCLUSIVELY FOR TSA MEMBERS

Life on the road can become an all-consuming lifestyle. You take care of your customers and your truck, but YOU are your business. Keeping your business healthy means keeping yourself healthy first.

You’re Only As Young As Your Spine is Flexible

If you’re spending 8+ hours a day behind the wheel, your body is paying for it — even if you can’t feel it yet. Long hours in a seated position tighten up your neck, shoulders, and low back, and over time that adds up to stiffness, aches, and a spine that just doesn’t move the way it used to.

The good news: you don’t need a gym membership or an hour of your day to fix this. A handful of simple stretches, done consistently, can make a real difference in how you feel getting in and out of the cab.

Stretching isn’t complicated, and it’s definitely not just for yoga folks.

The rule of thumb is simple — if a muscle feels tight, stretch it.

Start at your neck and work your way down to your hips, holding each stretch for 30-60 seconds.

A full routine takes less than 10 minutes, and it can be the difference between climbing out of your truck stiff and sore versus loose and ready to move. Your spine will thank you.
